This is what I have done to get the most enjoyable result imo with all the trackupdates.

 I installed it in this sequence and overwrite files when asked to.

 1. install the Syracuse track
 2. install haywall fix
 3. install Paul Skinkley's update
 4. install Aldo Regozani's update
 5. install Remco Hitman's 1st update
 6. install Remco Hitman's 2nd update
